con (c)alma es un proyecto creado para acompañar marcas (y emprendedoras) que buscan conectar de verdad con su audiencia, combinando estrategia, contenido y acciones que respeten y reflejen su identidad.

Soy Paula, fundadora de este proyecto, y quiero compartir que con (c)alma nació de una necesidad muy personal: hacer las cosas desde un lugar más consciente, más verdadero y más humano.

Después de un tiempo trabajando en comunicación y creación de contenido para marcas, sentí que algo no encajaba. Muchas veces se comunicaba por inercia, desde la prisa o la apariencia, olvidando lo esencial: la intención y la emoción.

Por eso decidí hacerlo diferente. Ahora acompaño a marcas y emprendedoras que buscan hacer las cosas bien. Que quieren conectar con las personas, no solo impactarlas. Que desean contar con calma, claridad y coherencia quiénes son y lo que representan.

Sometimes we forget the meaning and the intention of what we are doing, of what we are building. We become impatient and want it all for now. We forget why we decided to go for something for the simple fact that it takes time, but I am here to help you remember that. 

Hi, I'm Paula. Entrepreneur and founder of CON (C)ALMA.

Every day I work hand in hand with entrepreneurs to make them feel that they are building the project of their dreams, the brand they have always dreamed of, so that they feel aligned at all times with what they do and what they transmit. And it is the most rewarding thing in the world. 

It often seems that we have to follow rules in order to grow, to get where we want to be, and I am totally convinced that this is not the case.

A little bit about me, as a person. 

I love the first and last hours of the day, the silence of the dawn and the colours of the sunset. I love nights by the sea, walks in the mountains and a good glass of wine. I enjoy immensely the small pleasures of life. Making myself a matcha or a mocha every morning, reading a little before going to sleep, discovering new recipes and spending some time in the kitchen, moving my body a little after a day's work...
